What do you do if you have a bad day while dieting?
You probably feel lousy, not only for the bad stuff you put into your body, but because you broke a promise to yourself. You will feel better when you start eating better. Put your broken promise behind you.
First, you must realize that you are not the first person to have a bad day on your diet. Second, you need to get back on your diet and start exercising. Take small steps to get back on track.
